How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days of you placing an order.
Can I cancel an order before it ships?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. As most of our items are made to order, we are unable to take cancellations once the order has started production.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently sell or ship internationally.
Do you accept local pick ups?
Yes, we can arrange for a local pickup at our studio located in Livermore, CA. Local pick up is only offered for our website and is not available for orders placed on Etsy, Amazon, or other venues.
Pick ups can be made Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 3pm and must be scheduled in advance. To schedule a local pick up, please contact us at hello@richdesignco.com
What is your return policy?
Since all of our items are made to order, all items are final sale. If there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
Depending on the circumstance, we may offer to replace the item or agree to a return. In the event that a return is agreed upon, items must be received back to our studio within 7 days of the agreement and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.
Unauthorized returns or returns received after 7 days will not be refunded nor credited to your account. Questions about returns can be sent to hello@richdesignco.com.
